Shipping policy

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: DUE TO HIGH DEMAND NOT ALL DELIVERIES WILL ARRIVE IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO ORDERING. 

All items will be sent using Royal Mail 1st class Signed For Delivery.  Please ensure that the correct person signs for the delivery. If the delivery is missed Royal Mail will leave a red label providing you with collection details at your local depot. 

Postage and packaging charges are weight dependent. Jewellery charges start from £2.50 and Hanging Charms start from £3.75 

We will aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours or up to 2 business days after purchase.
