Refund policy

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at enquiries@jewelsbykarishma.com and we will provide you with a return address where applicable.  

The following conditions apply;

• The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt
• The item is returned in its original condition and packaging (Customers are responsible for repackaging the item securely so that it is not damaged in transit)
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs
• Customers will be liable to pay for any additional cost if they wish to exchange for a more expensive item.
• We cannot refund the difference if a customer wishes to exchange for a cheaper item.
